BMS Ascend Text Messaging Terms and Conditions Program

Behney Management Strategies (BMS Ascend) sends recurring text messages to enrolled BMS Ascend members. Messages include meeting and session reminders, workshop logistics and pre-work notices, occasional announcements about member events and program offerings, and replies to member questions.

By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box during BMS Ascend enrollment, you agree to receive these text messages. Consent is given directly to Behney Management Strategies. It is not required to enroll in the program or to purchase any goods or services.

We do not share your information. Behney Management Strategies does not share, sell, or transfer your mobile opt-in information, phone number, or SMS consent to any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your information is used only to send the BMS Ascend messages described above.

Frequency and rates. Message frequency varies, up to approximately 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out, reply STOP at any time, and you will receive no further messages. To get help, reply HELP or contact info@behneymanagement.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
