Presentation or Workshop on topics of interest / business improvement for the members of the group, such as Marketing, Operational Excellence, Financial Forecasting, Etc.

Hosting member provides insight into their present business operations, financial performance / metrics, and discusses the top 1-3 growth objectives to be completed over the next 12 months.

Prioritized based on the issues raised during The 5 Minute Message, we will dive deeper into 1-2 issues that members may be facing in their personal lives or businesses, and provide thought-provoking questions and wrap with potential solutions for the member to take away.

TIER 1 – Businesses Up to $10M Annual Revenue
LOCATION: TBD by each hosting member
ATTENDEES: < 10 Members
DATE: Based on group number
TIME: 8:30am-4:30pm
COST: $350 per month. Annual, quarterly, or monthly payment, with ACH auto-debit. Paid whether in attendance or not.
